Job summary

Kia India is seeking a Communications Specialist to help connect employees with organizational direction, culture and leadership messages through internal channels.

You will produce content, coordinate events, and support executive communications, townhalls, and campaigns that reinforce employee experience, requiring collaboration across functions to translate strategy into engaging stories and visuals.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering internal communications across channels.
• Ability to create engaging articles, scripts and videos.
• Ability to coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Event support for townhalls and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of employee communications via internal channels (magazine, podcast, videos, digital displays).
• Create and curate employee-centric content (articles, leadership messages, employee stories, videos production flow, organizational announcements and campaign materials).
• Design visual content (posters and videos).
• Cross functional coordination to gather updates, achievements, culture stories and org news.
• Townhalls, Kia India events and leadership communication activities.
