Job summary

Datavail Corp. is seeking an Strategic Alliance Administrative Specialist to support the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and the alliance team.

The role focuses on enabling the AWS relationship and other technology partnerships by managing records, submissions, reporting, and follow-up activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating across multiple teams to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, communications, information technology, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in administration, sales operations, partner operations, project coordination, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain partner program records and support partner portal activities.
• Coordinate deal registrations and funding submissions; track certifications and program requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials; document meeting actions and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Support partner events, enablement activities, and marketing development funds documentation; assist with alliance performance reporting.

Job Description:

The Alliance Administrative Specialist will play a key role in helping the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and the broader alliance team operate efficiently and execute on strategic priorities.

With a primary focus on supporting the AWS relationship and other important technology partnerships.

This individual will help keep partner programs, submissions, reporting, and follow-up activities moving forward.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining partner program records, supporting partner portal activities, coordinating deal registrations and funding submissions, tracking certifications and program requirements, preparing reports and presentation materials, documenting meeting actions, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.

The role will also support partner events, enablement activities, marketing development fund documentation, executive meetings, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly alliance performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized professional who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving initiatives and working across multiple teams.

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, communications, information technology, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in administration, sales operations, partner operations, project coordination, or a similar role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and shared document platforms is required, while experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, technology partner portals, cloud partner programs, deal registration, certifications, or marketing development funds would be an advantage.
