Job summary

Falsa, a contemporary Indian occasion wear label, is seeking a friendly, organized store associate to manage our boutique and deliver an exceptional client experience in Delhi. The role focuses on greeting walk-in clients, guiding them through collections, and coordinating fittings and orders.

You will communicate with clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls, maintain displays, handle billing, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a boutique, designer store, or premium fashion retail.
• Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
• Confident in handling client conversations over phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Friendly, presentable, and well-groomed.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and billing systems.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in clients at the store.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a boutique, designer store, or premium fashion retail (experience in Shahpur Jat or a similar designer retail environment is preferred).
• Excellent spoken Hindi and English.
• Confident in handling client conversations over phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Friendly, presentable, and well-groomed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and billing systems is a plus.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
