Job summary

Quality HR India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Store Officer in Silvassa to manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, and to maintain accurate stock records both physically and in Tally ERP/SAP.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in pharma, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate material requirements with other departments. You will issue materials against requisitions, prepare monthly stock analyses, and support despatch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BA or B.Com is required.
• 1–3 years of store/inventory experience in pharma.
• Pharma industry familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory levels of RM & FG.
• Ensure timely and accurate stock records physically and in Tally.
• Coordinate with departments/units for material requirements.
• Issue materials against requisition slips.
• Prepare monthly stock analysis reports.
• Implement and follow best practices for inventory management.
• Assist with miscellaneous purchasing and quotations.
• Support despatch activities including vehicle loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain inventory levels of RM & FG
• Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of stock Physical as wel as in Tally and Maintaining daily registers.
• Coordinate with various departments/ another units for material requirements
• Issue materials against requisition slips to the relevant
• Preparation of monthly Stock analysis reports.
• Implement and follow best practices for inventory management
• Knowledge of miscellaneouspurchase/ Obtaining quotations/Preparing comparisonfor approval
• To assist higher authorities in completingvarious tasks assigned to him for material despatch activities like Vehicle loading / Unloading.

Required Skills

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Talley Prime with Proficiency in Tally/ERP/SAP systems is mandatory

Required Qualification: - BA/B.Com
