Qualifications

• 8–14 years in store operations, ideally in hospitality, FMCG, QSR, manufacturing or automobile retail.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Computer savvy; local language Kannada/Tamil is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Open the store on time and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Plan staff rosters, train the team and maintain morale.
• Prevent stock-outs, pilferage and shrinkage through regular checks and audits.
• Maintain space planning, hygiene, safety and asset condition.
• Handle customer escalations and keep service scores high.
• Ensure statutory compliance and report sales and operations to the area manager.
