Paragon Polymer Products is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager for our Bengaluru store. The role focuses on leading a sales team, achieving targets, and delivering excellent customer service, while managing daily operations, inventory, and store presentation.

You will oversee merchandising, staff performance, and loss prevention to ensure targets are met in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation or PUC with minimum 3-year retail sales experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year retail experience for Graduates or minimum 3 years of retail experience for PUC holders.
• Skills: Leadership, communication, sales-driven, inventory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service: Achieve sales targets and promote products; ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
• Store Operations: Manage daily operations, visual merchandising and inventory; maintain store appearance per standards.
