• Achieve and exceed sales targets through store operations, customer engagement, and sales strategy execution.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, stock audits, billing, and floor displays.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor retail sales staff, product advisors, and backend team members; conduct product and sales training.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, handle escalated inquiries/complaints, and coordinate delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock replenishment, order dispatch, delivery, and installation updates.
• Maintain premium store layout and product presentation as per brand guidelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, footfall trends, inventory movement analysis, and report insights to management.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff performance, customer service, and sales target achievement for our furniture store in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of interior/furniture trends, and exceptional operational management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective store operations, customer engagement, and sales strategy execution.
• Store Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, stock audits, billing, and floor displays.
• Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, manage, and mentor retail sales staff, product advisors, and backend team members. Conduct regular product and sales training.
• Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, handle escalated customer inquiries/complaints, and ensure seamless delivery coordination.
• Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock replenishment, order dispatch, delivery, and installation updates.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium store layout and product presentation as per brand guidelines to enhance customer experience.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, footfall trends, inventory movement analysis, and report insights to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2–3 years managing a furniture, interior design, or premium lifestyle retail store.

• Good knowledge of furniture materials, wood types, upholstery, and home decor styling.
