Job summary

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years in retail, proven leadership, and strong English communication. Knowledge of luggage retail is not a requirement; experience across fashion and lifestyle categories is welcome. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end daily operations of the retail store.
• Drive store sales and consistently achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
• Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the store sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor key store KPIs, including sales, conversion, footfall, average bill value, and team productivity.
• Manage staff rostering, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand guidelines.
• Oversee inventory management, stock availability, replenishment, and stock movement.
• Minimize stock loss and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Prepare and share regular sales and store performance reports with management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.
