You will manage a sales team, monitor KPIs, handle high-value clients, ensure proper billing and documentation, and coordinate with HO to meet targets and maintain store image.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle high-value customers and support the team in closing sales.
• Maintain strong knowledge of diamond jewellery, product features, pricing and collections.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, product displays and store security.

• Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales.
• Monitor daily sales reports, KPIs and team performance.
• Ensure the showroom maintains premium visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Coordinate with HO/management regarding sales, inventory and operational requirements.
