Job summary

Chemist Box Private Limited in Bihar is seeking a Store Manager for its retail pharmacy stores, based in Patna or anywhere in Bihar. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive store KPIs in a fast-paced pharmacy retail environment.

Graduate candidates with store-operations experience, preferably in FMCG or pharmacy retail, are invited. Pharmacy experience is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate and above in any stream.
• Experience in store operations as a manager, preferably in FMCG, organized retail, or pharmacy retail.
• Pharmacy experience is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, staff rotation, billing discipline and store hygiene.
• Guide and supervise staff to ensure proper customer handling and timely resolution of queries and complaints.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, customer service, stock discipline, expiry control and staff productivity.
• Coordinate with Head Office/Area Team for reporting and daily follow-ups, and ensure SOPs are followed.

Chemist Box Private Limited is a growingmulti-outlet retail pharmacy chain based in Bihar, currently operating around 20–24physical stores with a strong expansion plan.

Role Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible formanaging the day-to-day operations of the assigned pharmacy store and ensuringachievement of store-level KPIs. The role will focus on store operations, staffsupervision, customer handling, process adherence, reporting, and coordinationwith the Head Office / Area Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including store opening orclosing as per assigned shift, staff rotation and availability, billingdiscipline, store hygiene, and process adherence.
  
• Guide and supervise store staff to ensure proper customerhandling and timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
  
• Monitor store KPIs such as sales, customer service, stockdiscipline, expiry control, staff productivity, and operational standards.
  
• Coordinate with the Head Office / Area Team for operationalissues, reporting, and daily follow-ups.
  
• Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and store-levelinstructions.
  

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

Graduate and above in any stream.

Candidate should have experience in store operations as a manager, preferably inFMCG, organized retail, or pharmacy retail.

Pharmacy experience is not mandatory for this role.

Remuneration

Fixed salary: INR 5 lakhs per annum and above, as per experience and industrystandard
