Job summary

Dava India Pharmacy is seeking a qualified and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our retail pharmacy team as Store Incharge. The Pharmacist will dispense medicines, verify prescriptions, maintain inventory, and provide appropriate guidance to customers across Kerala.

The role requires D.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Pharm and PCI registration, with good communication and customer-handling skills. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Summary

We are looking for qualified and customer-focused Pharmacists to join our retail pharmacy team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medicines, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, maintaining inventory, and providing appropriate guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure proper dosage, quantity, and labeling.
• Provide basic information and guidance to customers regarding medicines.
• Maintain proper records of medicines, prescriptions, and pharmacy transactions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
• Check medicine expiry dates and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Follow all applicable pharmacy and drug regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the pharmacy.
• Handle billing and other store-related activities when required.
• Support the Store Manager in smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist with stock audits and other operational requirements.

Eligibility

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
• Valid Pharmacy Council registration is mandatory.
• Candidates with valid PCI/state Pharmacy Council registration will be preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a retail pharmacy environment and rotational shifts.
