Job summary

SB eCommerce Solutions Private Limited in India seeks an experienced Stores/Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory, from inward receipts to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

You will lead a stores team, manage GRNs, FIFO, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and ERP transactions, while coordinating with procurement and production. The role requires 6–10 years in manufacturing warehousing and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; a supply chain or materials management qualification is a plus.
• 6–10 years in stores or warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP inventory module (SAP MM, Tally, Odoo or similar) and strong Excel.
• Sound knowledge of GRN, FIFO, RGP/NRGP and stock reconciliation.
• Team leadership and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inward receipts and GRNs against purchase orders, coordinating quality inspection.
• Keep stock accurate with bin locations, FIFO, cycle counts and periodic physical verification.
• Issue materials to production against requisitions and control returnable and non-returnable gate passes.
• Record every transaction in the ERP and reconcile stock with accounts each month.
• Track reorder levels and slow-moving stock, and raise purchase indents on time.
• Coordinate packing material and dispatch readiness with logistics.
• Lead the stores team and drive 5S, safety and housekeeping; prepare daily and monthly inventory MIS.
