Job summary

Studiokon Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (SKV) is seeking a Store Keeper to manage material inventory and ensure smooth store operations across project sites.

The role involves handling stock records, GRNs, issue slips, and coordinating with procurement and project teams for timely material availability. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of store/inventory experience, basic MS Excel skills, and good organizational abilities. Experience in interior design or construction firms is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in store/inventory management.
• Experience in interior design, construction, architecture, or design‑and‑build companies preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.
• Knowledge of interior/construction materials advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at project sites.
• Receive, inspect, record, and organize incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material inward, outward, consumption, returns, and wastage.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement and Project teams for replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and safe handling of materials.
• Maintain GRNs, issue slips, return records, and other inventory documentation.
• Prepare regular stock and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, accounts, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations at project sites.
• Receive, inspect, record, and organize incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material inward, outward, consumption, returns, and wastage.
• Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
