Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma required for qualification.
• 1–5 years in store keeping on construction/infrastructure projects.
• ERP knowledge is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Excel and store documentation.
• Knowledge of construction materials is a plus.
• Telugu language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify construction materials at the project site.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
• Update material receipts and issues in the ERP system.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
• Issue materials against approved material requisitions.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and prevent material wastage or loss.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage material receiving, storage, inventory, and issue activities at our NBCC Government Project in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify construction materials at the project site.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
• Update material receipts and issues in the ERP system.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory records.
• Issue materials against approved material requisitions.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, and Site teams.

Requirements

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
