Job summary

Jaidka Power Systems in Tamil Nadu seeks a Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations for the factory / manufacturing unit of Electric Two Wheelers. You will oversee receipt, storage and issue of materials, maintain stock records and ensure accurate labeling and systematic storage.

The role requires 3–7 years' experience in stores/inventory, preferably in automotive/EV manufacturing, with strong coord with Purchase, Production and Accounts for timely material movement.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in stores/inventory, preferably in automotive/EV manufacturing.
• Experience with BOMs and material requisition.
• Ability to ensure stock accuracy and organization

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage and issue of materials.
• Maintain stock records, bin cards and entries for all materials and spare parts.
• Ensure proper identification, labelling and systematic storage of materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Accounts for timely material movement.
• Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice and quantity.
• Issue materials to production strictly as per approved BOM / material requisition.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO and prevent damage, deterioration or pilferage.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety and discipline
