Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP is seeking a Store In-Charge for DLF Mall of India, Noida, India. The role covers store operations, sales guidance, merchandising, and ensuring targets and KPIs are met.

Responsibilities include planning rosters for sales executives, executing on-floor sales strategies, promoting materials, maintaining SOPs, and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate should have 4-year retail sales experience and strong multilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales
• C Candidatesmust be able to communicate in multiple languages

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for salesexecutives
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from theorganization
• Develop and arrange promotional material andin-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at storetiming
• Maintaining accurate records
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completionof all KPIs as defined by the organization
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
