Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP in Mumbai is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. You will manage day-to-day tasks, plan rosters, coordinate promotions, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain store ambiance while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You will oversee KPIs, supervise staff, and ensure smooth running of the venue while upholding MYOP standards for service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
