Job summary

DMart in Lucknow is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage store HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, exit formalities and payroll processing.

You will oversee attendance, maintain accurate employee records, address grievances, and drive performance appraisal cycles while ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborate with production and other departments to resolve issues and provide guidance to employees on employment matters.
