Job summary

Agrostar is expanding its store network across Rajasthan and other regions. The role involves end-to-end expansion management, from market identification to successful launch, with close collaboration across Operations, Branding, and Finance teams.

You will assess farmer potential, competition, accessibility, and rentals, building a robust location pipeline and ensuring timely readiness of launches. Extensive travel and grassroots market engagement are expected.

Qualifications

• Freshers or 1–2 years in sales, business development, retail, field operations, or a similar role.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground market visits.
• Passionate intrapreneurial mindset with a desire to drive impact in agriculture

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store expansion, from market identification to successful store launch
• Conduct market and location feasibility assessments, evaluating farmer potential, competition, accessibility, rentals, and overall business viability
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential locations, working with internal stakeholders to evaluate, shortlist, and finalize sites
• Own store launch execution, coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Finance, People Practices, Branding, Projects, and other teams to ensure timely readiness
• Manage landlords, vendors, contractors, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of commercial and operational requirements
• Prepare and track business cases, expansion costs, timelines, and budgets, ensuring launches are delivered within approved parameters
• Partner with the Store Operations team during the initial post‑launch phase to resolve operational gaps and set stores up for successful performance
• Maintain expansion dashboards and regular reporting, proactively highlighting progress, risks, delays, and key decisions required by leadership
