Job summary

Vvinayak Associates is urgently seeking a Store Executive with SAP experience for a 125-year-old German MNC. Training for 30 days in Vasai will be provided with meals and accommodation; post-training you will be posted in CHAKAN (PUNE).

Candidates must have relevant store experience and be ready to manage stock, QA checks, and material movements in SAP. The role involves strict inventory control and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• SAP experience mandatory.
• Experience in store operations and administration.
• Willing to undergo 30 day training in Vasai.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock and goods in the store by proper unboxing and shelving.
• Check quality and quantity of inward materials per SOPs.
• Receive goods and verify against Purchase Orders.
• Ensure QA-approved materials go to stock; reject defective materials to supplier.
• Sub-contracting materials movements and reconciliation.
• Monitor store space utilization and 5S process.
• Monthly blank count of sample inventory per ABC analysis.
• Collaborate with team for smooth store operations.
• Store QC approved materials in SAP location master.

Our client is 125 year old German Company and we are looking for a candidate with relavnat experience into Store

Note : There will be a Training at Vasai for 30 days , company will provide Food and Accommodation. Once Traning at Vasai is completed, you will be working at CHAKAN ( PUNE).SAP experience MUST

Responsible for the overall store operations and administration.

• To manage the stock and goods in the store by properly unboxing and storing the goods at their designated places.
• Checking quality and quantity of inward materials as per the SOPs.
• Receiving goods and verifying those materials received is as per the relevant Purchase Orders.
• Ensure that all materials inspected and accepted by QA are only taken to stock. Rejected materials must be sent to the supplier for rework.
• Sub Contracting materials movements and reconciliation.
• Monitor the maximum utilization of store space and 5 S process.
• Monthly blank count of sample inventory as per ABC analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• QC approved materials must store in racks as per the location master in SAP.
