Job summary

Rameshwar Infra Creation Llp seeks a diligent store controller to manage day-to-day site store operations and maintain accurate material records in Ahmedabad. You will receive construction materials, verify challans and POs, and ensure proper inward/outward registers and stock levels.

Regular ERP/Excel updates and timely submission of vendor documents are required. The role involves issuing materials to site engineers and labour teams, maintaining GRN and stock registers, and ensuring store

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site store operations and maintain proper material records.
• Receive construction materials and verify quantity, quality, challan, and Purchase Order (PO).
• Maintain Material Inward & Outward Registers accurately.
• Issue materials to site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams as per approved requirements.
• Maintain GRN, Material Issue Note, Delivery Challan, and Stock Registers.
• Update daily material transactions in ERP / Excel / Store Management System.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about material requirements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
• Submit vendor bills, challans, and supporting documents to the concerned department on time.
• Ensure store cleanliness and material safety.
