About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and active Store Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. You will play a key role in ensuring the store runs smoothly, inventory is managed accurately, and customers receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them in locating over-the-counter products, and handle general inquiries efficiently.
• Billing & Cash Handling: Operate the billing software, process payments, and ensure the cash register is accurately balanced at the end of the shift.
• Inventory & Stocking: Receive daily medicine stock, routinely check expiry dates, organize products on the shelves, and alert management when fast-moving items are running low.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, hygienic, and highly organized store environment in compliance with standard pharmacy regulations.
• Order Processing: Assist in packing, verifying, and dispatching daily medical orders and customer prescriptions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+2/Intermediate education.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a pharmacy setting is a strong plus.
• Basic computer literacy for operating billing and inventory management software.
• Good communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Highly detail-oriented, especially when handling medicinal stock and checking expiry dates.
