Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Greet customers warmly and acknowledge them promptly on entry.
• Assist with basic customer needs and guide them to the appropriate team member.
• Ensure waiting areas are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.

Store Operations

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation.
• Support basic inventory checks, stock organisation, and replenishment.
• Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks as required.

Team Support

• Work closely with store staff to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Follow all store SOPs, safety guidelines, and company policies.

Candidate Requirements
