Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, seeks a Storage Systems Administration Senior Associate to manage enterprise storage environments. You will configure, monitor, and maintain NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble and Dell Unity storage platforms, perform provisioning, and support Linux/Windows/VMware hosts.

You will collaborate with virtualization, backup, and database teams, contribute to DR planning, and ensure documentation, runbooks, and capacity reports are up-to-date, while

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant storage experience.
• Experience managing enterprise storage systems.
• Configure and maintain NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble, Dell Unity storage platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and independent work on storage responsibilities.
• Experience with SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity for Linux/Windows/VMware hosts.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, incident/configuration/change management.
• Documentation of configurations, runbooks, and topology diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, and host mappings.
• Monitor performance via storage management consoles and CLI tools.
• Configure replication, snapshots, thin clones, and data reduction technologies.
• Apply firmware updates, drive replacements, and hardware expansions.
• Maintain accuracy of documentation, runbooks, and topology diagrams.
• Collaborate with virtualization, backup, and database teams to align storage with workload requirements.
• Troubleshoot storage issues related to performance, replication, and access control.
• Provide SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for Linux/Windows/VMware hosts.
• Incident management and change management execution.
• Create and manage capacity and trending reports of system operations.
