Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Storage systems (HP Storage, EVA).
• Monitor and manage backup operations using Dell NetVault and other backup tools.
• Perform backup scheduling, monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Execute data restore requests and recovery activities.
• Conduct backup and recovery testing to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor storage utilization and assist in capacity planning.
• Handle incident/service requests as per SLA.
• Maintain documentation and follow ITIL processes (incident/change/request).
