Job summary

Accor is seeking a Heartist to join our hospitality team in Mumbai. You will supervise daily Culinary & KST operations and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained per HACCP and FSSAI guidelines.

You will monitor team performance, allocate tasks, coordinate with departments, and train KST staff while maintaining quality and safety across guest and back-of-house areas.
