• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety practices, and sanitation standards is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
