Job summary

Munsar Services in Mumbai invites CA professionals with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience to join our audit practice. You will handle statutory audits for small and medium entities, with exposure to IND AS assignments and compliance across Company law, taxes, and RBI/FEMA regimes.

You will manage multiple audits, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables while guiding a 2-4 member team and maintaining strong communication with the Director.

Qualifications

• CA with 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Statutory Audits of BFSI & Non-BFSI entities is preferred.
• Ability to handle and close audits directly with the Director.
• Strong execution and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Statutory Audits: SMB entities; knowledge of listed entities audit is an advantage.
• Compliance Management: Company law, Direct/Indirect Tax, Customs, Labour laws, FEMA & RBI compliance.
• Handle IND AS assignments and IND AS compliant entities' audits.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables with timely completion; manage multiple audits.
• Lead and develop a 2-4 member audit team; provide guidance and support.

Role & responsibilities

• Statutory Audits: Small & Medium Sized entities. Knowledge about listed entities audit will be added advantage.


• Compliance Management: working knowledge of Company law, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Customs laws, Labour laws, FEMA & RBI compliance.


• Should have handled IND AS assignments and Statutory audits of IND AS compliant entities.


• Good grasp of IND AS , AS and Standards of Auditing.


• Assignment management and Deliverable: Take responsibility for ensuring timely and high-quality deliverable. Manage multiple Audits while prioritizing tasks and maintaining the highest standards of work.


• Team Management and Development: Monitor the work of the team, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a positive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• CA with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.


• Experience of Handling Statutory Audits of BFSI & Non- BFSI entities.


• Responsible for handling and closing the audits directly with Director.


• Accountable, takes complete ownership of assignment .


• Strong execution and team management skills Should be able to manage team size of 2-4 Articles and SQA.
