Job summary

Ace Recruitment Placement Consultants invites applications for a senior role to lead state-level planning, execution and monitoring of a major development program across districts and blocks, in coordination with the PMU and government partners.

The position requires handling implementation partners, multi-stakeholder collaborations, ensuring quality assurance, reporting, and compliance, and building team capability to achieve targets and outcomes in rural development.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in the development sector.
• Postgraduate in social work / sciences, rural management, agriculture or related fields.
• Experience in working in rural development projects with multi-stakeholder collaborations and understanding of government programs.
• Prior experience in leadership positions in rural development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead state-level planning, execution and monitoring of the program across districts and blocks, in coordination with PMU.
• Manage implementation partners, government stakeholders and other strategic partners for effective program delivery.
• Work closely with SRLMs and field implementation agencies to ensure management, extend technical support and quality assurance of the program implemented by field implementation agencies
• Drive resource mobilization, livelihood development, FPO/value-chain initiatives and convergence activities.
• Ensure effective MIS, reporting, financial controls, monitoring, evaluation and compliance.
• Build team capabilities, promote innovation and ensure achievement of program targets and outcomes.
• Accountable for delivering results as per plan and strategic direction for the state.

Education
