Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a State Head to lead and scale its corporate insurance business across Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

The role focuses on growing revenue, leading a large cross-functional team and managing end-to-end corporate insurance portfolios including property, liability, marine, employee benefits and specialised lines. The candidate will build relationships with corporate clients, insurers and channel partners, and drive new client acquisition

• GWP portfolio of Rs 10-15 crore or more.
• Experience leading large multi-function teams.
