Job summary

Intellectual Capital Hr Consulting in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to drive distributor-based growth in PMS, AIF and advisory products. You will lead from the front to expand the distributor network and achieve individual targets.

You will manage end-to-end relationships with intermediaries, run product and performance conversations, and expand the footprint across the geography. This is an on-site role at the Mumbai office.

Qualifications

• Distributor-channel selling, not direct retail.
• Broad financial and banking industry experience with distributor lifecycle understanding.
• Must have HNI relationship management experience with distributors.

• A PMS, AIF and venture fund house is hiring a Senior Relationship Manager for distribution.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead from the front to build AUM across PMS, AIF and advisory products through existing distributors and by adding new ones
• Drive business from existing distributors, keep them updated and manage the relationship end to end
• Grow the distributor base across the target geography
• Carry an individual business target and own delivery against it
• Run product and performance conversations with intermediaries

Must have:

• Distributor-channel selling, not direct retail
• the whole seat runs through intermediaries.
• Broad financial and banking industry experience with a real understanding of the distributor lifecycle is required.
• A direct HNI relationship manager with no distributor network will not clear.
• This role is fully on site at the Mumbai office.
• Compensation is up to Rs 15 LPA plus performance incentives candidates whose current fixed already exceeds this ceiling will not clear.
