Job summary

Exalans and Hunar seeks an experienced State Head to lead and drive the overall business operations across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Gold Loan/NBFC sector with proven leadership and business development skills.

You will manage branch performance, mentor regional managers, and develop strategies to grow market share while ensuring RBI-compliant operations. The role requires a track record of building high-performance teams, strong analytical abilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan or Investment sector with proven leadership experience as Regional Manager or similar.
