Job summary

Pratham Software invites applications for the State Content & Training Associate (Hindi). The role focuses on developing content, designing and delivering training programs, and enhancing program implementation quality at the state level, especially in Hindi content.

Relevant experience in content development and training is preferred. The incumbent will coordinate with SCERT & Samagra Shiksha, travel across districts in Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh, and produce reports and training materials

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in the local language, including an empathetic listening approach.
• Must have training and counseling skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and travel.
• M.A Hindi / B.A / Graduate degree / Post Graduate Hindi are acceptable qualifications.
• Strong command over oral and written Hindi and English.

Responsibilities

• The SCTA is responsible for content training to the field team; annual state trainings and Hindi training for field staff.
• Prepare reports, PPTs, and documents for sharing with State head, Program Head, and state government officers.
• Coordinate with SCERT & Samagra Shiksha, Raipur, on content-related matters and finalise training materials.
• Travel across districts, blocks and clusters of Chhattisgarh to support district teams and engage with district authorities.
• Report content-related activities, proofreading, and finalisation with the national content team; bridge state and national for content finalisation and training.
• Report to state head and Program Head with regular program updates.

Job Summary

State Content & Training Associate, Uttar Pradesh

The State Content and Training Associate will be responsible for supporting content development, designing and facilitating training programs, and strengthening the quality of program implementation across the state. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in content development and training.

Role & Responsibilities

1. The SCTA is responsible for the content training to the field team. Every year, state training organised for field team and SCTA needs to deliver training of Hindi to field team and work on their capacity building.
2. SCTA Hindi Role is very important in preparing the reports, PPTs, and any other document related work which is important for exploring our program with state government. Program report sharing with State head, Program Head and state government officer s is very important part of job of SCTA-Hindi.
3. SCTA will be responsible for dealing all the Hindi content related matter with SCERT & Samagra Shiksha, Raipur, for smooth program implementation. Proofreading of content used and also finalised the TLM required for the program is important part of SCTA job role.
4. SCTA Hindi needs to travel to the different district, block & clusters of Chhattisgarh to help our district team and meet to district authorities for better program implementation. Monitoring of Program is very important so SCTA job profile includes extensive travelling.
5. SCTA Hindi is responsible for all the content related reporting, proofreading and content finalisation with the help of the national content team. SCTA will act as a bridge between state & national for content finalisation and training.
6. SCTA Hindi will report to the state head and Program Head for regular updates of the program. SCTA will act closely with the program head for smooth planning of the program and work accordingly.
