Job summary

Forward is seeking a State Admin for its Gold Loan NBFC operations. The role oversees branch administration, facilities, vendor management, infrastructure expansion, and statutory compliance across a state or zone.

You will drive site readiness, manage admin budgets, and ensure adherence to internal audit standards. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of administration experience in gold loan NBFCs, proven multi-branch leadership, strong vendor and budgeting skills, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 7+ years of administration experience in Gold Loan NBFCs.
• Experience managing administration across multiple branches at state/regional level.
• Proven experience in leading teams.
• Strong exposure to vendor management, branch setup, infrastructure, facilities and admin budgeting.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and internal audit requirements.

• Strong exposure to vendor management, branch setup, infrastructure, facilities and administrative budgeting.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and internal audit requirements.
• Willingness to travel across branches within Hyderabad/Vizag.
