Job Purpose

The Lead - Admin - Gold Loan Business is responsible for overseeing branch-level administrative operations across zonal networks, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance, infrastructure readiness, and cost control. The role manages contract staff, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensures operational continuity to support business growth and governance.

Supporting Actions

Branch Operations & Facility Management

Oversee daily administrative operations, manage housekeeping/security, resolve branch issues, supervise preventive maintenance, and implement asset management systems.

Branch Expansion & Infrastructure Development

Lead new branch setup, coordinate civil/interior projects, manage vendor onboarding, and ensure timely project completion.

Compliance, Reporting & Risk Management

Ensure statutory compliance, maintain registers, prepare MIS reports, address audit queries, and manage asset lifecycle.

Travel, Logistics & Stakeholder Coordination

Manage travel desk, organize events/meetings, oversee courier operations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
