Staff Specialist Digital Content Marketing Analyst – Infineon Technologies

We are looking for a Digital Content Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for building and managing a robust content analytics framework to track performance against business goals, driving data‑led content optimization through dashboards, insights, and stakeholder reporting.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive KPI framework for our digital content strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Design and implement dashboards to track and measure content performance, using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTM, Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to prepare informed content decisions and optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop data‑driven content recommendations and improve customer engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and emerging analytics tools and technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our content analytics capabilities.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including content performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics or data science, preferably in a digital marketing or customer‑facing context.
• Deep knowledge of analytics tools and technologies, including Google Analytics, GTM, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
