Job summary

Redpin is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead frontend development for our React-based product suite in Hyderabad. You will architect high-quality UI features, collaborate with product and design teams, and ensure scalable, fast applications for international real estate payments.

The role emphasizes ownership of frontend architecture, mentoring of engineers, and delivering robust interfaces with modern JavaScript, Redux/MobX, and design-system integration. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Advanced React.js knowledge with hooks, context and lifecycles.
• State management with Redux, MobX or Context API.
• Modern JavaScript (ES6+) proficiency and practical component design skills.
• Ability to design reusable components and maintain coding standards.
• Experience with performance optimization and lazy loading techniques.
• Familiarity with design tokens, design systems and tooling like Figma/Storybook.

As part of this mission, we’re thrilled to announce we are open a new office in Hyderabad! We’re recruiting for several Engineering roles covering front end (React.js) features.

About the Role

We’re now seeking a Staff React Engineer to join the development of our product suite. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating robust, scalable, and intuitive applications that empower customers to handle Real Estate transactions including international payments with ease.

This is a new role, based out of our Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our new product development and will have significant opportunity to take ownership of some of our upcoming features

What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop high-quality front-end features and user interfaces using React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Product & Design) to integrate backend services and ensure seamless data flow
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Lead code review, maintain coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of technical excellence
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings

What You’ll Need

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced React.js knowledge: Proficiency in using React hooks, context and the component lifecycle
• State Management: Experience with state management libraries and Redux, MobX or Context API
• Modern JavaScript: Deep understanding of ES6+ features such as async/await, destructuring, etc
• Component Design: Ability to design reusable components and management component hierarchies effectively
• Performance Optimization: Skills in optimising React applications for performance, including lazy loading and memorization
• Experience integratingdesign tokens into UI components to ensure consistent theming and styling
• Familiarity with design systems and tools such as Figma, Storybook, or similar

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience within a B2B fintech environment would be highly desirable
