Qualifications

• 5–8 years of software development experience with 4+ years of hands-on React Native development.
• Strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API/Redux, React Navigation, state management, and mobile architecture.
• Experience with Android/iOS platforms, build systems, release processes, and app store deployments.

About The Role

As a Lead React Native Developer, you will lead the mobile engineering charter for our credit platform products. You will be responsible not only for writing high-quality code, but also for leading a team, driving engineering excellence, handling mission-critical releases, and shaping the technical direction of our mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of React Native applications for Android and iOS.
