Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RF/Mixed-signal circuits with ability to drive topology choices.
• In-depth understanding of Mixed-signal circuit blocks like ADCs, DACs, PLLs.
• Working knowledge of RF/analog layout techniques; familiarity with FINFET layout required.
• Hands-on experience testing own designs in the lab and defining production test requirements.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will focus on:

• Lead design, implementation, and verification of critical sub‑blocks of a major Subsystem like Rx, Tx and PLL
• Characterize and debug relevant blocks and systems
• Analyze the effects of non‑idealities on circuit performance
• Report the results of design, analysis and evaluation

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RF/Mixed‑signal circuits and high speed serdes subsystems with ability to drive topology choices
• In‑depth understanding of Mixed‑signal circuit blocks such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs
• Solid understanding of CMOS process and device physics
• Working knowledge of RF/analog layout techniques. Familiarity to FINFET layout is a must
• Hands‑on experience testing your own designs in the lab and define production test requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• (Required) BE/ME/MS in Electrical Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in RF/Analog/Mixed‑signal design or PhD in Electrical Engineering
