This group develops cutting edge RF Transceiver products (+MCU integrated) for Wireless‑LAN (WiFi) and Ultra‑Wideband Systems (UWB). The candidate will join the UWB Design group. The role involves experience in Block Architecture Phase, Concept Design and full design cycle including schematic, layout, extraction, simulation, test and verification. Primary focus is Analog/RF circuit design to meet system and product requirements. Typical blocks include LNA, TA, down‑conversion mixers, base‑band filters, high‑speed ADC for modem data, DAC and band‑pass filters for transmitter, up‑conversion mixers, power amplifiers, LO system design (crystal oscillator, integer/fractional PLL, LO distribution), calibration modules (AGC, PDET, gain, offset, IQMM), low‑current mode and complex power management, and a holistic view of radio silicon, packaging, PCB and solution design.
We are hiring a lead level IC Design Engineer with demonstrated design cycle experience. The role includes:
Candidate should have completed one full design cycle of an RF transceiver: architecture, schematic, layout, tape‑out, test & validation, and identify design fixes for subsequent tape‑out.
