Job summary

Aditya Birla Group in Andhra Pradesh seeks a Staff QC (Shift Oprtn) Junior Engineer to supervise gypsum, clinker, and cement quality. In the QC lab, you will operate XRF, calibrate equipment, and ensure testing accuracy and BIS compliance in day-to-day activities.

You will work with SAP for PR, MR entries, and participate in quality parameter updates and TC releases, collaborating with Marketing and handling complaints as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervise quality of gypsum, clinker, and cement in QC lab.
• Operate and calibrate XRF equipment and ensure accurate results.
• Maintain knowledge of ISO systems and BIS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and control quality of gypsum, clinker, cement. Operations of Chemical and Physical Lab to ensure quality consistency of finished products.
• XRF operation & calibration
• Knowledge of All the equipments in QC and taking care of Maintenance
• Knowledge of ISO Systems
• Knowledge of SAP for Day to day activities , PR, MR Service entries etc..
• Updating all BIS Records & dealing with BIS official.
• Quality Parameters updating in SAP and releasing of TC
• Dealing with Marketing & Complaint settling
