• Execute work, supervise the project team, and ensure they have the tools needed to deliver on time.
• Complete projects and produce required documentation and reports for management.
• Drive special projects aligned with organization priorities and product time‑to‑market goals.
• Develop, coordinate, and sustain top‑level organizational objectives with regular report‑outs to senior leaders.
• Implement and oversee key metrics to ensure deliverables are achieved and have desired impact.
• Promote collaboration, drive deliverable execution.
• Lead and develop executive‑ready presentations, team highlights, low‑light summaries, objective summaries, and all‑team communications.
