Job summary

Parkmed Healthcare invites a qualified Staff Nurse to join its on-site Occupational Health Centre team in Bengaluru. The role requires nursing qualifications (GNM or B.Sc. Nursing) and 1-2 years of hospital experience, with valid registration and strong communication.

You will provide nursing care, assist doctors, monitor vital signs, manage emergencies, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness of the OHC. This is a full-time, on-site position with a monthly CTC of 25,000–26,000.

Qualifications

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
• 1-2 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Valid nursing registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work at corporate Occupational Health Centre (OHC) locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and first aid to employees and patients.
• Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.
• Assist doctors during medical examinations and minor procedures.
• Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate assistance as required.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
• Maintain patient records, medical documentation, and daily nursing reports.
• Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and availability of essential medical supplies.
• Follow infection control protocols and healthcare safety standards.
• Support preventive healthcare activities and employee health check-ups.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the Occupational Health Centre (OHC).
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
