Job summary

InfoWryt Solutions LLP is looking for a compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The role involves providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records while adhering to hospital protocols.

The ideal candidate has GNM or B.Sc. Nursing, valid registration, and 1–5 years of clinical experience. You should communicate well and be able to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Qualifications

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
• 1–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Monitor vital signs and assess health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the concerned doctors.
• Ensure proper infection control and follow hospital safety protocols.
• Educate patients and their families regarding medication, treatment, and post-care instructions.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Follow all hospital policies, nursing standards, and ethical practices.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
