Job summary

The role requires GNM or B.Sc. Nursing, valid state registration, and 1–5 years of clinical experience. You will work in shifts, including nights and weekends, in a collaborative hospital environment.

Qualifications

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration with the State Nursing Council.
• 1–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Monitor vital signs and assess health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and medical interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation.
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to the doctors.
• Ensure infection control and follow hospital safety protocols.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Handle medical equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
