Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in India seeks a Staff Engineer in Unit Process Engineering to shape process development and drive yield, quality and cost performance across semiconductor manufacturing. You will own process sustainment and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant engineering field and 3–5 years in EOL/Molding/semiconductor assembly, with strong problem-solving skills (8D, DMAIC) and data analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience with 8D, DMAIC, and process mapping.
• Strong data analysis and ability to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and develop a robust process; drive yield and quality to meet KPIs.
• I lead 8D closures of FAR, MRB, DDM, and SCAR.
• I participate in yield, quality improvement and cost-reduction activities.
• I promote high-performance behavior and effective teamwork.
