Job summary

Dodge Construction Network in Kochi is seeking a Staff Engineer to build new Angular features and refactor legacy components. You will own modules in an enterprise suite, work with Product & UX, and drive performance with NgRx, RxJS, and modern UI tooling.

Hybrid work from the Kochi office is expected. Strong Angular expertise and experience refactoring legacy code are required, with exposure to AI tools considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of frontend/UI engineering experience.
• Strong Angular 21 skills including Signals and standalone components.
• Experience with NgRx and RxJS.
• Proficiency in TailwindCSS and Sass with responsive design.
• Ability to refactor legacy code and improve maintainability.
• Exposure to AI tools for UI screen development is desirable.

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for aStaffEngineer who can build new features in Angular 21while also rolling up your sleeves on older code-refactoring legacy components, state management, and API integrations into patterns that actually scale.

This is a full-time position based out of Kochi.

Preferred Location

Qualified candidates should be based in or near Kochi and able to work from our Kochi office as part of a hybrid schedule.

Essential Functions

• Build features in Angular 21 using Signals, standalone components, and zoneless change detection
• Dig into older code, understand it, and refactor it into something maintainable
• Contribute to our Angular Material -> Zard UI migration
• Build reactive data flows with NgRx and RxJS
• Build components that look and work great on both mobile and desktop using TailwindCSS and Sass

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master of Computer Applications.

• Play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams, to single handedly own individual modules that are part of an enterprise suite of applications

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• 7-10 years in frontend/UI engineering
• Strong Angular 21 skills for: Signals, Signal Forms, standalone components, zoneless change detection
• NgRx and RxJS
• TailwindCSS and Sass, with a strong grasp of responsive design for mobile and desktop
• Play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams, to build products that are designed to meet the demands of scale
• Comfortable reading and refactoring complex legacy codebases
• Rich experience in optimization across solution/architecture/code
• Strongly desirable – Having exposure to AI tools to develop UI screens & troubleshoot production issues
