Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced frontend/UI engineer with 7–10 years of focused experience in Angular 21 to design and implement scalable enterprise UI components. You will own modules, refactor legacy code, and collaborate with Product & UX to meet high-scale demands.

You will contribute to Angular Material → Zard UI migration, build reactive data flows with NgRx/RxJS, and ensure responsive design across mobile and desktop using TailwindCSS and Sass.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of frontend/UI engineering experience.
• Strong Angular 21 skills including Signals, standalone components, and zoneless change detection.
• Experience with NgRx and RxJS.
• Proficiency in TailwindCSS and Sass with responsive design focus.
• Ability to refactor complex legacy codebases for maintainability.
• Collaborates closely with Product & UX teams to build scalable products.
• Desirable exposure to AI tools for UI development and issue troubleshooting.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Build features in Angular 21 using Signals, standalone components, and zoneless change detection
• Dig into older code, understand it, and refactor it into something maintainable
• Contribute to our Angular Material → Zard UI migration
• Build reactive data flows with NgRx and RxJS
• Build components that look and work great on both mobile and desktop using TailwindCSS and Sass
• Play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams, to single handedly own individual modules that are part of an enterprise suite of applications
• Lead the design and solution for refactoring complex legacy codebases
• Play an important role in optimization across solution/architecture/code
• Lead technical conversations with non-engineering stakeholders
• Influence a positive team culture: raising the bar on quality, documentation, and shared ownership
• Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Design, development of scalable enterprise grade applications
• Scoping and breaking down large initiatives into iterative, shippable pieces
• Review code, share knowledge, and help shape how we build things going forward

Requirements

• 7-10 years in frontend/UI engineering
• Strong Angular 21 skills for: Signals, Signal Forms, standalone components, zoneless change detection
• NgRx and RxJS
• TailwindCSS and Sass, with a strong grasp of responsive design for mobile and desktop
• Play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams, to build products that are designed to meet the demands of scale
• Comfortable reading and refactoring complex legacy codebases
• Rich experience in optimization across solution/architecture/code
• Strongly desirable – Having exposure to AI tools to develop UI screens & troubleshoot production issues
