Dodge Construction Network is hiring a Staff Engineer in Kochi to build features in Angular 21, refactor legacy UI components, and drive scalable patterns across the enterprise suite. You will work hybrid from our Kochi office, collaborating with Product and UX to own modules end‑to‑end.

You should bring 7–10 years of frontend experience, deep Angular 21 skills, NgRx and RxJS, and a passion for responsive design with TailwindCSS and Sass.

Job description

Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is looking for a Staff Engineer who can build new features in Angular 21 while also rolling up your sleeves on older code‑refactoring legacy components, state management, and API integrations into patterns that actually scale.

This is a full‑time position based out of Kochi.

Preferred Location

Qualified candidates should be based in or near Kochi and able to work from our Kochi office as part of a hybrid schedule.

Essential Functions

• Build features in Angular 21 using Signals, standalone components, and zoneless change detection
• Dig into older code, understand it, and refactor it into something maintainable
• Contribute to our Angular Material → Zard UI migration
• Build reactive data flows with NgRx and RxJS
• Build components that look and work great on both mobile and desktop using TailwindCSS and Sass

Education Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Master of Computer Applications

• Play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams, to single‑handedly own individual modules that are part of an enterprise suite of applications
• Lead the design and solution for refactoring complex legacy codebases
• Play an important role in optimization across solution/architecture/code
• Lead technical conversations with non‑engineering stakeholders
• Influence a positive team culture: raising the bar on quality, documentation, and shared ownership
• Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Design, develop scalable enterprise‑grade applications

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• 7–10 years in frontend/UI engineering
• Strong Angular 21 skills for Signals, Signal Forms, standalone components, zoneless change detection
• NgRx and RxJS
• TailwindCSS and Sass, with a strong grasp of responsive design for mobile and desktop
• Play a pivotal role in the team, working closely with Product & UX teams, to build products that are designed to meet the demands of scale
• Comfortable reading and refactoring complex legacy codebases
• Rich experience in optimization across solution/architecture/code
• Strongly desirable — having exposure to AI tools to develop UI screens & troubleshoot production issues
