Job summary

Nagarro is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP Support Consultant to bolster SAP SPP / S/4HANA eSPP environments and aftermarket parts planning in a fast-growing global delivery model.

You will work in a structured support setup using ServiceNow, Jira or Solution Manager, debug ABAP issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver under tight SLAs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP S/4HANA/eSPP experience.
• Experience in SAP SPP / S/4HANA eSPP environments.
• Deep knowledge of aftermarket parts planning and multi-echelon inventory optimization.
• Strong ABAP debugging skills for L3 issues.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira or Solution Manager.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder management and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Understand functional requirements and analyze client needs.
• Envision overall solution, define technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities to enable development.
• Lead or support UAT and production rollouts.
• Create and validate WBS and effort estimates for modules.

• Provide constructive feedback and set clear expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs with the team.
• Propose design/tech choices during code/design reviews and justify decisions.
• Carry out POCs to validate solution fit.

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience:6+ years
• Should have experience as a senior SAP S/4HANA eSPP Support Consultant (L2/L3)
• Must have experience supporting or implementing SAP SPP / S/4HANA eSPP environments.
• Should have deep understanding of aftermarket parts planning, multi-echelon inventory optimization, and service supply chain dynamics.
• Should have strong configuration skills in eSPP parameters (EOQ/Safety Stock, Replenishment, DRP). Ability to debug ABAP code to isolate complex L3 issues is highly preferred.
• Should have proven experience working in structured support environments using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
• Should have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently under tight SLA timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.
• Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
